Nextbridge Pvt Ltd immediately requires a team of 2 x Assistant Managers Recruitment and 1 x Manager Recruitment for one of its three offices based in Johar Town, Lahore.
Suitable candidates for this role must be:
- Holding a 4-year Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in CS / IT / Business Administration from HEC recognized university.
- Having 4 to 8 years' experience in filling 8 to 10 IT / Software Engineering related positions on monthly basis.
- Pro-actively headhunting candidates through LinkedIn, Rozee etc.
- Managing a team of Technical Recruiters.
- Possessing excellent English communication and persuasive skills.
- Willing to work in the shift timing of 11 AM to 8 PM / 12 PM to 9 PM
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Able to make 30-40 calls per day in order to confirm the interest of potential candidates in IT-related openings and to schedule their interviews accordingly.
- An Impressive representation of the company in Job Fairs, Industrial Visits and Recruitment drives.
