Nextbridge Pvt Ltd immediately requires a Front Desk / Student Relations Officer for its Training Institute based in Johar Town, Lahore.
- Meet and greet prospective students, provide them courses’ information.
- Maintain schedule of conference room for in-house activities.
- Help Institute Coordinator with tasks that include but not limited to fees collection from students, maintain class attendance, inventory of institute and the like.
- Correspondence with students via calls and emails and any other mode of communication.
- Represent institute in colleges and universities as an ambassador, attending career fairs.
- Respond to queries/comments on Institute social media pages.
- Greet guests and respond to them with a professional and positive attitude, maintain ambience of lounge – lighting, cleanliness, hygiene.
- Coordinate with HR and Recruitment departments regarding multiple activities.
- Attend all incoming calls at office reception, take messages and maintain their logs.
- Distribute Incoming couriers and handle general stationary items request.
- Bachelor's degree is required
- At-least 1 to 3 years' experience in a similar capacity and industry is required.
- Excellent communication and organizational Skills
- Computer literacy/MS Office proficiency is a must
- Must be willing to work from 12 PM to 9 PM shift.
