A suitable candidate for this role must be:
- Holding a 4-year Bachelor's degree in Business / IT from an HEC recognized university.
- Having 6 to 8 months' experience in filling 10 to 15 technical/IT positions on monthly basis.
- Having basic concepts of OOP, Databases, Algorithms, Data-structures in order to pre-qualify candidates over phone on technical grounds.
- Possessing excellent English communication and persuasive skills.
- Willing to work in the shift timing of 11 AM to 8 PM
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Able to make 30-40 calls per day in order to confirm interest of potential candidates in IT related openings and to schedule their interviews accordingly.
