Nextbridge Pvt Ltd immediately requires 1 x Call / Monitoring Center Lead for one of its three offices based in Johar Town, Lahore.
Experience: 3+ years
- Proficient in English communication.
- Leadership and organizational skills with people management skill.
- Sound knowledge of System handling and MS office.
- Interest in market dynamics along with business sense
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Cool tempered with can do attitude.
- Approve adjustments and monitor agents/executives for quality.
- Provide timely, accurate and effective feedback regarding job performance.
- Experience of managing teams of more than 5 people.
- Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Must be willing to work 6 days a week in order to manage the following shifts:
- Shift 1 (9am to 6pm) - morning
- Shift 2 (1am to 10am) - night
